Offshore Ltd or LLC what is best?

I want to know if my new offshore company must be a Ltd or LLC what will give me most benefits when registering my company?

I heard limited and Ltd are the same is that true?

Frankly, I don't know if its different or not. However on concept, LLC is intended for easy access to finance. Investors would face no barriers, if they are in same jurisdiction. You can also benefit from lower overhead costs in country of operation.

It is the same if we speak Offshore corps in the Seychelles and Belize at least. same same but different!
