Offshore Bank Account question, need real offshore banking with good internet banking system, where?

I look for the same thing please, just something in unique jurisdiction, offshore of course.

Why don't you recommend Latvian banks?

I got burned by one of the larges banks there, they approved my business everything went good for 4 months and all after they started asking lots and lots of questions and finally closed my account because I refused to answer their stupid questions anymore!
