You are right, some years ago I used Payoneer with a Wyoming llc selling mostly services to EU companies and 2chechout as processor,never had any problem,but 10 years ago ,maybe now it is different

Also thinking to set up Wyoming single member pass through llc (maybe use Hong Kong or Belize IBC as an owner).
will check 2chckout for merchant services
