Question Non KYC Crypto for Hong Kong Resident $1MM

P2P is the only way but even they are asking for ID's. You won't find a good solution.

Yes, it sounds stupid to offer Bisq for such an amount.

And they have your "bank details." There are so many scapegoat accounts at banks sending out money to other bank accounts.
It's a HUGE honeypot (according to a former college buddy who is in LE). They are just gathering data.

US recently did civil forfeiture against a P2P player in Thailand that had over 50m$ go through his account(s).

Think they claimed 700k$ plus 800k$ unsure whether the guy was indicted or charged by Thailand or the US, but for them it's a absolute gold mine, i know a former employee that uses P2P for his income, i don't think these people realise the pain coming their way in the future.

One thing to consider is OTC/Venture Capitalists.

It's generally good to avoid any US residents because US is a pain in the a*s and they will have your government prosecute you on their behalf.

Who's fault is it if, e.g., China exchanges their ¥ to US$, wire it via JP Morgan's corresponding bank, so JP can do the conversion from US$ to Ruble and then (try to) send it to Russia?

Although I agree (in part)...it doesn't really matter. Two jailhouse snitches right now can agree with each other to call the prosecutor and tell them they sold us, or we sold them, or we "agreed" to sell (conspiracy). We're going in...and even if they grab the WRONG guy, aka mistaken identity...they don't give a F*CK! We get NEGATIVE! Less than nothing! If we make too much noise, they'll extradite us again and, after 5 years, give us time served!
