Need offshore corp for Adult / P**N site

I never said that cyprus is not available, cyprus is not available for person who don't have cyprus ID. And your company must have the same name that your website, i'm not sure that bank accept adult content...

No, you can open an account with a Cyprus company even so the director lives in a different country, that's not an issue! You can also register an DBA name and get a certificate so the website does not need to have the same name as the company, it's a pretty straight forward procedure.

Below the reply from CCBILL which I got for a few hours ago.
CCBill has been processing for memberships, subscriptions and any digitally deliverable item for what the credit card associations categorize as 'high-risk' content for nearly two decades, and have recently started processing for low-risk, dating and tangible items now as well.

We can certainly work with companies based in Cyprus. Can you provide me with information about your site and services, including the URL, details about your content, and your plans for pricing?

Jimmy, there is a verotel option called verotel premium, you pay per month and you don't need to add money at the beginning.

Then you have Epoch...

By the way, don't tell them where you physically are and where your company is incorporated. Focus on getting approved, then they will never ask you where you are located.

Be academic, just follow the forms, talk about your online business and the website. That's the most important for them.

By the way, many websites left ccbill those last years, i think there is a reason for it.

No that's true but they want me to provide ID for the director of the Cyprus company which is the account holder and that's fine if the director for this company is not a Cypriot.. so it must be the same in your situation. If you have a France company say with an account in Latvia or Cyprus they will requist documents for the director and beneficial owner of the company and they are fine as long as the bank account is in the name of the company and not some persons name.

You have to provide papers to them before they approve, how would you go about it?

How come there are a lot of people interested in creating an offshore business with regards to a P**N site? Are P**N sites very efficient in terms of raking so much income?
You can do good with online P**N.. just check pornhub!!

You can contact Verotel or CCBILL and ask them if they still accept Seychelles or Belize corps. if negative, ask them what countries they accept, they may have a list so you can pick one from the list to check if it would be a valid offshore jurisdiction to incorporate your business.
For Adult busines I would at any costs use CCBILL or Verotel they are the leaders in Adult payment processing.

Do you know a Belize bank that is able to accept any Adult business? I was wondering what banking the adult webmasters are using now a days. Maybe no one say what they are actually into.
No way that you find a bank in Belize that will accept Adult business. I believe people do cover business to get this done!

I totally agree with @dotbloup doing it that way get you much better chances to get it all done. You may even prepare a website for this purpose that does not have anything Adult related.
do you know of any agent who does offshore formation for adult tube sites, in case they find out id rather be on the safe side that they know and dont strike off the corporation and walk away, does any one know of a agent who does the set up in Offshore no problem even though its adult, I just need the formation of an offshore, in time will move this to Cyprus when funds are there, im just getting going

Sure, Adult websites don't make money as before but people may have part of their income coming from P**N and other things... I think that there are few people today who only make money out of P**N.

The problem is that if you mention in your business description to a registered agent or a bank that part of your money comes from P**N or any adult business that's the problem. It is better not to tell it.
do you know of an agent who incorporates offshore even though it's for an adult company? name and website please, im sure this will help alot of people out there struggling with this, were 3 guys searching this and all have this restriction for adult sites, thanks (there must be agents okay with this for sure), like you say people over react , it should be the other way around in 2018, ITS NOTHING NOW........ WHAT THE HELL IS THIS NON-SENSE......WOW
