What's if you're not a big company, what's your chances to get 8% tax rate

I'm guessing no chance essentially. You need to be some big multinational that's bringing a lot of jobs and big big revenue. I have some friends here who do a few million euros a year in revenue and they have no odds of getting any reduction beyond the standard rate.
