Let me be frank with you, I don't know what are you honestly trying to achieve here.
Like you are not looking for privacy, you are not looking to reduce taxes, so then why go offshore at all? All that will do, is adding a lot of unnecessary obstacles. So, you better off waiting until you move out to Thailand then go with whatever structure that will suit your needs.
however, one thing you need to keep in mind that if you are running your business from Thailand, then your business will be considered Thai from a tax perspective, even though Thai authorities might not investigate this matter either because of the bureaucracy or because they simply don't give a f**k, you need to do it right, to be able to sleep well at night, so you will probably end up having to hire a staff for your "offshore" companies.
But because it seems like you don't give a s**t about reducing your taxes, I would advice you to just setup a Thai company and pay their 20% or so corporate taxes and move on
