Besides the indigo / emerald ( & higher tier) cards at crypto.com or the Infinite / Metal cards at iCard, any other places where to get LoungeKey ?

AMEX Platinum, Citibank Platinum World Elite MasterCard .... and hundreds more.
Almost every bank issues expensive credit cards with Dragon Pass, Priority Pass or Loungekey attached.
Very often the better choice: Check with flight enthusiastic websites for voucher codes or direct promo offers of the above companies. Can be a lot cheaper than a premium CC or bank program.

Also note that lounges which accept these cards are usually inferior to airline lounges.
