That's what I saw, until 100k a year Dubai it's completely free of tax!
And I have to admit the life look a lot better there than Czech Republic.
And the cost of living in dubai is compensated by the 0% taxes.
So you are saying if I earn more than 3500 USD a month I can get a remote worker's visa but atm I earned this much since only 3 months will it be enough?
In the 4k to 5k USD range Id say. Remote worker is only about 1200 AED which is about 330 USD. Plus health insurance, but there are very cheap health insurance offers in the UAE.And what could be the cost of getting a visa as freelancer or setting up a local company?
I think the 30% is if you have a local company. if you have a foreign company it can be zero I believe, but I not sure about PE rules on Malta. I just have an acquaintance there who is non dom and paying zero tax, but not sure about the details. I have to do more research on Malta!I also heard about malta which is close to where I'm living. The taxes are around 30% but there is a lot of allowances so you can be close to 0%.
For remote worker in Dubai, best to do it yourself, there is good information, and Dubai government staff are very helpful at least in person. Online government help is so so though, and the first step is online and a bit confusing, but manageable - look at the link to that reddit thread above. But imagine I wanna start it in dubai or malta, where should I start? is there people who can take care of this or do I need to learn and then do it my self?
I'll, 've been interested in this since yesterday when I had my accounting appointment so I got a lot to learn! If you are asking me this, I recommended you to get information about UAE (or Dubai) before you consider to move.
I'll look into all those infos, Thanks a lot!Oh it's tax free until more than 100k. Say you earn 250k USD, and take 150k as salary, leaving 100k as tax free profit. And 150k USD is a very reasonable salary for a CEO and founder of a successful small business.
Yes, you have to show three month's bank statements with earnings of the equivalent of at least 3500 USD (in any currency really).
See here Work remotely from Dubai | Business in Dubai
And this reddit thread is useful too
The visa or residence permit needs to be renewed every year, but it's a fast and (for Dubai) inexpensive process to renew it.

For setting up a company in Dubai best to get a professional agency to help with that I think.
Malta, well, search for Malta on this forum and search generally. It's an EU country after all, the info is out there!
Not if you go the remote worker route with a foreign company, say a US LLC. Then it's just 330 USD per year plus health insurance to maintain residency in Dubai. And accounting and audit, not sure that is required for a foreign company - dont think that is totally clarified yet.Dubai = cost of license with establishment card annualy 4000€ + visa costs 2000€ + accounting every year + rent + expenses. Good bye the 50k yearly....and don't think that you will live the luxury lifestyle.
A decent 1 bedroom apartment in Dubai cost between 3000-4000 (bills included in budget).
where are these apartments for 5000 or 6000 AED out in the desert? You won't get anything decent for that price in the city my friend. Not if you go the remote worker route with a foreign company, say a US LLC. And a 1 bedroom apartment in Dubai is actually cheaper than a comparable apartment in major Western cities. The 3000-4000 mentioned is AED, but even 5000 AED or 6000 AED is cheaper than a 1 bed in say London or Dublin.
Another point here is that one doesn't have to spend all time in a single place. If one spends just less than half year in Dubai, there is no tax and no reporting requirements in Dubai. And then one can spend the rest of the year in some reasonable place(s) that also will not tax you.

OK, so affiliate income.I'm from France.
My job is to produce or to buy traffic and then redirect those people to the link of a dating website and I earn a commission for each subscribers so my location isn't a problem but atm I don't see my self living full time in country like Eastern Europe or South America ( Asia could be an option but It's really far from where I'm living atm).
Maybe there is some solution to set up a structure and live in another country?
I heard about dubai, I know the price are a bit high but the life is looking good there! And I'm also interested in real estate ( To buy an apartment maybe )
If the setup is expensive it's not a big problem since I planned to grow my activity soon! Atm I'm producing all my traffic my self but in the next month I'll get a website so I'll be able to buy traffic and then scale up a lot!)
I hope you can get a more precise idea of what I'm doing and what can be my possibility!
If you wan't to get more info, just ask!
France
Of course, for the moment I just take infos so I'll have the knowledge when I'll really need it!OK, so affiliate income.
Currently, pulling in 5/7k euro per month clear profit? So, about 60k euros a year?
I would probably base my decision on how long your track record is for pulling in that amount regularly. I'd wait a bit if you have only done that for 1 or 2 months. I haven't touched dating offers, but I imagine traffic sources can get killed, or your competitive advantage dries up quickly in that field.
Or if you've been pulling in that amount regularly, I think your options would be:
Optimise your French setup to pay less tax.
Or look at moving elsewhere where you'd pay less corporation and income tax than you currently do. I think at 60k profit a year, you could make some savings vs France, but depends on your situation. If you're a single guy with no real ties to anywhere, then the world is your oyster so to speak....
Come on, everyone doesnt have to live in a villa on the Palm! I just went to propertyfinder and searched for rentals below 72k AED per year, ie 6k AED per month. Guess how many results I got? ...28,966! try yourself! And most are in totally fine areas, even 323 in Business Bay, and 50 in Marina. But also areas that are slightly off the center such as JVC, Sports City, Meydan etc, have great apartments, and are way nicer than what you get for the same price in the suburbs of say London, Stockholm, or Pariswhere are these apartments for 5000 or 6000 AED out in the desert? Ok, so enjoy the life in Dubai as pakis and filipinos. Al Barsha, Bur Dubai and Deira is your place with less than 2500 euros per month.
Do you know if you qualify for tax residency with nomad visa?
Please, don't provide unprofessional information to people. France will require you to be a tax resident in some place.
anything for 6k AED in the city will be terrible. I know because I live here. Where I am now is 7k EUR and it's just about decent nothing special.Come on, everyone doesnt have to live in a villa on the Palm! Where did you get 2500 euros per month from? At that level, yeah, I wouldnt recommend Dubai either. But he did say 5k to 7k EUR per month.
Most western countries do not require you to be a tax resident somewhere. France, Spain and Italy are a bit more tricky I think. Im no expert on France, but I know how Italy works. There it's really difficult just to register as an Italian living abroad in a tax haven such as the UAE, you have to prove that you have a real reason to live there and are not just moving for tax reasons. So you dont move straight from Italy to the UAE directly, you register as an Italian living abroad in some third country.
I assume France is somewhat similar, and as long as you dont have your centre of vital interest in France, there s got to be some way to get out of the French tax net, and ultimately live in Dubai.
Ok, 7k EUR that's 27,861 AED per month or 334k AED per year. At that price you get large villas with landscaped gardens and next to golf courses in Dubai. (Again I just searched and thats what came up) Even at that price point, you get more for your money in Dubai than in major western cities.anything for 6k AED in the city will be terrible. But not being happy with that - calling it about decent, nothing special - is a bit like a centi-millionaire being annoyed that his billionaire friend has a slightly nicer private jet. And a centi-millionaire thinking flying commercial even in first class would be absolutely terrible.
There really are beautiful 1 beds and studios in Dubai in good locations for 6k and below (send me a dm and I can send photos). And the point is you get more for your money in Dubai in terms of real estate than in major western cities. So you get both tax savings and property savings (or nicer property at the same price). In some other thread I made a comparison of 10k GBP before tax earnings between Dubai and London, and one is just way better off in Dubai - also because of cheaper property.

It's been a secondary home base of mine for many years. I own a few properties there so Im seeing the actual market price from direct demand. I know the Dubai property sites dont always show what you get, but overall the price level on property finder is in line with what Im observing directly from potential tenants.Have you ever even been to Dubai? If you think you are getting somewhere decent in the city for 6k AED you are living in a dream.

And even if you found some places on property finder a lot of them put better pictures as to what your actually getting in reality.
Are u serious? With 5000-7000€ per month, as he said, you can get a decent apartment of 2 bedrooms in one Address or something like this level. Not a penthouse, or a luxury villa. The villas that you talk are unfurnished.
Ok, that was just a quick search, and I picked anything above 334k AED, and there were some really nice places. Didnt check if it was furnished or not.
That's kind of true though. You can live in Dubai - or any city really - at a 500k to 2M EUR per year income, and that will be like a different city than someone living on a 100k EUR per year income. If not, i lived in other city than Dubai.
