Open an account with a Swiss Exchange that offers crypto cards.
The process is lengthy and usually top up fees are high, but this is the only trusted alternative i know of at the moment.
For EU citizens there are plenty of other options.

thanks for response! Could you suggest couple of excahnges which offer cards in Switzerland?
