LLC for Greek Resident

You cannot answer that question that simple. I think it mainly depends on the annual work load. If you can prove, that the business can be run with 1 hour per day, they will accept a director's fee of about 8k. But that simply depends on what he is actually doing. As we do not know, we cannot answer. I personally would abstain from such non sense in the EUSSR while living in your homecountry with citizenship, mother, kids and you whole childhood, it just smells too much.

Well probabaly it was too much of stretch infact....

.....why stressing out with complicated offshore management when OP could simply make the company tax resident in Greece, in Mount Athos and be tax fee? :p

Fyi PE is enforced in Greece and if you tax evade more than 150k a year it is a criminal offence that has jail time too. Also if you ever get caught the amount of fines you will be pay will be close to the 100% of your total earnings. You are trying to tax evade 17% (as you can pay 22% total with a local company) but you will lose your sleep.

Better stop thinking and go flip burgers at McDonald's. You'll have better sleep. Boy.
