So it seems a utility bill is not necessary, you can use a bank transfer or 'verified' card. Anyone had experience of using a transfer or card instead of utility?

They remain to ask for the utility bill even their website or verification process look like this they ask for it. LeuPay sucks with all their verification.

As a Leupay personal account user - how functional is the account to use? Can you look at all transactions on a web page, choose time periods to view, download statements, set up and save payees - you know, like a regular bank account?

From what I remember it's the same for personal as well as business account!

Most if not all of these EMI providers require a utility bill or at least a bank statement!
