LeuPay.EU - Review please is it a good offshore bank?

I have read so much about LeyPay.eu but didn't signed up for this service yet. What I would like to know is if it is a real offshore bank or if it is more like a payment provider offering an internal banking system to keep your money AND a debit card to withdraw your money?

I read the review here Review leupay.eu good or bad? post your experience please? but it does not really mention anyone that has used this service and their experience with leupay?

Please post here whatever you know about this service / bank?
almost a year later I can say. LeuPay sucks for normal business! They only accept small business and asking lots of lots of questions!

I'm in the process of opening a Leupay bank account for a Marshall Islands company. The Leupay fees concern me. My company will raise monthly invoices and receive payment via bank wires. On the Leupay tariff page it says they charge 1% to receive payment for services and goods. Does this mean they will charge 1% on bank wires received into the account? Also on the tariff page it says that funding's into the account via bank wires are free.

If you worry about 1% fee then your problem is your margins and not the fee itself.

I can open a bank account with Sata Bank for EUR 240 per year. If Leupay charge 1% on bank transfer receipts form clients then I'll be paying more than GBP 2k per year in fees.

Does anyone know if they charge 1% on bank transfer receipts in relation to invoices issues to clients?

Funding via Bank transfer: Free of charge. thu&¤#

LeuPay seems the perfect solution for my business.
However, my only concern is what would happen to my funds if LeuPay went into insolvency.
Anybody have any information on this?
I know that e-money institutions don't have to adhere to Guarantees like Banks, but surely there must be something to protect clients?

They are owned by a bank and may have the same insurance. Better would be to send their support a ticket and ask them directly to get the true answer.

I have spoken to their support but they don't seem to have a good answer for this. I know that e-money is not covered by the same guarantee as a Bank. However, I'd feel better knowing my funds are kept at Satabank in a segregated account in case LeuPay went out of business.
