I had no problems with them back in time, the account was opened for my UK LTD in a few hours. They may have changed their compliance and tighten internal policies in the meantime.Tried to open business accounts 2 times and failed both times.

Hey @ForesterIf you have a licensed crypto business (i.e. licensed exchange or so), then the answer is yes. Otherwise it is a strict no.
So you need a licence, see above.
They ask only when really necessary. They are not idiots (my own experience).
It depends on your needs. What are the currencies you need to operate with and what are the destinations for incoming and outgoing payments?
Me - if you have a licensed crypto company.
If you can prove some ties to Switzerland (business operations, Swiss customers etc.) then relatively easily. Otherwise you need really a remarkable amount of money to put at the banker's table.
Have an account for my Malta Ltd with them. Not a big issue opening it. Using it mostly as backup for now. I recall they had issues receiving PayPal transfers in the beginning. Might be resolved by now.Tried to open business accounts 2 times and failed both times.
They don't open for UK Ltd anymore, that must be before BrexitI had no problems with them back in time, the account was opened for my UK LTD in a few hours. They may have changed their compliance and tighten internal policies in the meantime.

Yes, it has changed. Opening an account in hours is still theoretically possible but rare, I guess. Some days are standard, for complicated cases even weeks, AFAIK.I had no problems with them back in time, the account was opened for my UK LTD in a few hours. They may have changed their compliance and tighten internal policies in the meantime.

Exactly. Only EEA businesses are eligible for an account opening with them.No UK e no CH
Yes, when UK was still part of EU you were able to open an account with them
everybody in the world needs whois privacy protection otherwise the contact email and phone would get flooded with indian and chinese spammers.I can't find much negative about Intergiro, but I can see they have whois privacy enabled which is asking me why an EMI need that ?
Quite interesting, really. The referenced Section 10.3 of Terms of Use says “We Kasta are cooperating with Intergiro Intl AB (publ) to offer you a personal account and VISA card and ensure that your money is kept in a safe manner. When opening an account with us, you also become a customer of Intergiro Intl AB (publ).”. Yet it is so that Intergiro does not open personal accounts (directly) and has never did it... Apparently, they are innovating their business model.A crypto on/off ramp called ka.app (formerly Kasta) cooperates with Intergiro for cash services (section 10.3) that provide a personal IBAN.
(I believe that's one answer to the op's question.)
Exactly.everybody in the world needs whois privacy protection otherwise the contact email and phone would get flooded with indian and chinese spammers.
of course large biz like Microsoft or Google could have a luxury of not hiding contact details as they have whole skyscrapers filled with people whose job is to answer those emails and calls.
They do; but only as a tailor-made solution for the Enterprise package/pricing plan. TBMK.Guys Intergiro now not taking new application.
Feel encouraged to ask them, their customer service team is friendly and supportive. (I have no up-to-date information how they see this matter currently; and their business model apparently changed a bit, so an older information is irrelevant.)Do you know if it is available as a service without banking for small and medium size business?
They have raised the threshold a bit, as I see. Well, I can understand.I was in touch yesterday with Intergiro support. They have a waiting list and are now interested to onboard banking client with minimum « 1 million monthly transaction volumes ».
Wow. So would I, and remarkably. Could you share the name of the support clerk who gave you this recommendation? (I know people there a bit and wonder.) Feel free to DM me if you consider it too sensitive.Otherwise, I was surprised to see that they recommended me Revolut business as an alternative.
Good to know; thanks for sharing! For their embedding financing and payment processing products, I felt they were more open to discuss it.
Well, I am active since few years but it seems I do not understand how to send a DM..Feel free to DM me if you consider it too sensitive.
There are more ways For this case it probably suits best just to hover the mouse over my name or a profile picture (left column of the post) and you will see a pop-up window (cf. attached screenshot) where should be a button “Send direct message” – click the button. (You should have the rights to send messages, I have checked it here https://www.offshorecorptalk.com/help/conversation-criterium/.)Well, I am active since few years but it seems I do not understand how to send a DM..
Did you contacted them for the information. I just send them a ticket.Anyone applied for their payment processing ?
