Indochina region personal bank account, possibly Cambodia or nearby

Ok signed up, i imagine Laos (if it's truly there) is all about getting Identities, as Laos is where all the pig butchering occurs.

So multi-pronged
- Issue via banks backed by Thai Banks
- Mix / Mingle dirty, less clean and clean Tether (USDT)
- Cards issued via Vietnamese Banks branded under Laos

Well, it costs $450, $150 is the minimum balance you have to hold in the account at all times.

IMO, it's not a bad price for a physical bank account that pays interest and is crypto-friendly.

I haven't used Ultimopay a ton but I own the card and it does the job when I need to use it. There are better alternatives - this one is quite trusted nevertheless
Which banks are crypto friendly in Vietnam / Laos /Cambodia and can be opened on biz visa

600$ to open an account and get issued a card?

Erm... not gonna put suppliers here, but there's some bigger ones out of Singapore and a fraction of the cost
Which are the bigger banks in singapore you would recommend that are crypto friendly and easy to open bank accounts with for a fraction of the cost? Will they open for a seychelles ibc by any chance if not will open a personal account.

What is the problem with blackcat now i thought it came highly recommended from you or someone from oct somewhere in oct i believe. They are not onboarding anybody new is it?

Bigger banks in Singapore:
Crypto friendly - Yes
Seychelles IBC - Some banks will say yes and others will say no
easy to open bank accounts with for a fraction of the cost - If you are not a Singapore resident, It will be hard, The bank has to be able to make a profit off of you

I recommend Taiwan merchant banking….

https://www.feg.com.tw/en/business/company.aspx?id=78

Do your ops in HK or JP for regional rails and bank via Taiwan to international rails

This is who we used commercially https://www.feib.com.tw/english/FE_Far_Eastern_Group

Keep your company nation different to your banking nation and both different to your residential/citizenship nation.

But make sure you are legit and everything checks out - this way you are protected from arbitrary issues under AMOL etc when one of these exchanges gets raided etc

With us this is why we knew something was up with FTX before it all occurred because Far Eastern kept rejecting funds from an exchange FTX acquired the week before - talking to them on the phone they said there’s a issue with the sender (which was the new subsidiary) and warnings on the swift system so they advised routing via a alternative counter party.

Actually quite impressed have a friend that lived there for a few years after getting a 100 year ban from Thailand (since removed) and he was explaining how the banking works there with people walking in with black bags of cash no questions asked and dumped on the desk to deposit.

The banks need to mingle these proceeds with clean money so are opening up digital services indirectly / from what I’ve seen so far - it’s not bad… see how long it lasts but hopefully at least a year lol

Yes, I know Far Eastern International Bank, and they provide OBU(offshore banking unit). But when I visited their branch, they refused to open an account for me. I think it needs an introducer?
