Payeer is a SCAM I read they don't pay out money when you have on an account there!

I never hear this before it is Public PSP in Georgia and you can visit them Personallyi n Tbilisi, I never have any problem with them, if you use your account for fraud than it is not a problem of Payeer but yours.
