all Russian citizens are under sanctions all of the sudden? Yet Russians still can open accounts in almost any CIS country, Turkey, Dubai, Serbia, Montenegro etc...
What is the official reason for that denial of service in the EU? I don't get it. I don't live there for quite a while now and - of course, I don't pay taxes to that crazy corrupt government, but I just don't understand this policy... Mind-blowing how stupid this is

Maybe the russian should immediately apply for a permanent residence in mexico( easy to get),paraguay( easy to get) and Dubai ( a bit expensive but still fairly easy to get) and then look for banking etc.Either we fool the governments or they take our money -its a continuous game of cat and mouse.
