The parents get no rights, hence useless for me personally.
Also, I'm already naturalised Canadian by living there for 5 years and paying a s**t ton of taxes.
In Mexico and Brasil you can apply for permanent resident Visa when your child is a citizen, and then after 1 year can apply for Citizenship. f**k Canada lol

CBI in Moldova closed down years ago. It was only opened for a very short period of time (less than a year) due to EU pressure. Only 5 applicants were approved.

I don't even know if it is possible. It has no benefit. the country is not recognized by any country besides for a few regions. Also, most people in transnistria either have moldovan, russian or ukranian citizenship. I doubt they use or have trasnitrian citizenship.

This is probably the easiest citizenship to apply in the world. Generally you can obtain citizenship after 1 year of residence, but there are exemptions, e.g. if you invest in a local company at least EUR 1.2k
Citizenship:
Foreign citizens and persons who have reached the age of 18 years and possessing legal capacity are entitled to apply for citizenship of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika in a simplified manner without complying with the term of residence (1 year) if the citizens and persons met any of the following criteria:
1) have at least one parent having citizenship of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika and residing in the territory of Transnistria;
2) were born in the territory that is part of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
3) had the citizenship of the former USSR;
4) are married to a citizen of Transnistria;
5) are disabled and have a capable son or daughter who has reached the age of 18 and who are citizens of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika;
6) have a child who is a citizen of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika, in the event that the other parent of this child, who is a citizen of Transdniestrian Moldavian Republic, died either by a court decision, entered into legal force, recognized as missing, incapable or disabled in capacity, deprived of parental rights or restricted parental rights;
7) have a child who has reached the age of 18 years, who is a citizen of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika and a court decision, entered into legal force, recognized as incapable or limited in legal capacity, in the event that the other parent, who is a citizen of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika, died or to legal force, recognized as missing, incompetent or limited in legal capacity, deprived of parental rights or restricted in parental rights;
8) received vocational education in basic vocational education programs in educational institutions of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika having state accreditation and carrying out labor activities in Transnistria;
9) are individual entrepreneurs and carry out entrepreneurial activities in Transnistria for at least 6 months preceding the year of applying for the granting of citizenship of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika;
10) are investors whose share of the contribution in the authorized (share) capital of a legal entity registered and operating in the territory of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika is more than 10 percent, but not less than 20,000 RU MW;
11) carry out at least 6 months before the day of applying for citizenship of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika to work in the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika by profession (specialty, position) included in the list of professions (specialties, positions) of foreign citizens – qualified specialists having the right for admission to citizenship of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika in a simplified manner, approved by the Government of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

Lets also have a look at how to obtain residence permit:
Temporary stay of foreign citizens in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on the basis of a temporary residence permit
1. A foreign citizen has the right to temporarily stay on the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on the basis of a temporary stay permit for the period provided for in paragraph 4 of Article 5 of this Law in cases where he:
a) is the owner of a residential premises located on the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, or a member of the family of the owner of such residential premises;
b) is married to a citizen of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic;
c) arrived to close relatives (father, mother, children, full brothers and sisters, grandfathers, grandmothers, grandchildren);
d) entered into an employment contract with an organization located on the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic;
e) is an individual entrepreneur and carries out business activities on the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic;
f) is an investor whose share of contribution in the authorized (share) capital of a legal entity registered and operating on the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic is at least 10 (ten) percent;
g) arrived in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for the purpose of studying and entered a state-accredited educational organization to receive full-time or part-time education in the main professional educational program.
2. A temporary residence permit is issued by the executive body of state power, which is responsible for migration issues, for a period of up to 3 (three) years.
3. A temporary residence permit is issued to a foreign citizen on the basis of an application submitted to the executive body of state power in charge of migration issues in the established form with the following documents attached:
a) an identity document of a foreign citizen;
b) migration card;
c) on the basis provided for in subparagraph a) of paragraph 1 of this article - a document confirming the foreign citizen’s right of ownership of residential premises located on the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, or documents confirming the relationship to family members of the owner of residential premises located on the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Republic;
d) on the basis provided for in subparagraph b) of paragraph 1 of this article - a marriage certificate and a passport of a citizen of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic of the spouse;
e) on the basis provided for in subparagraph c) of paragraph 1 of this article - documents confirming the relevant relationship with the person to whom the foreign citizen arrived for temporary stay;
f) on the basis provided for in subparagraph d) of paragraph 1 of this article - an employment contract with an organization located on the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic;
g) on the basis provided for in subparagraph e) of paragraph 1 of this article - documents confirming the implementation by a foreign citizen of individual entrepreneurial activity on the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic;
h) on the basis provided for in subparagraph e) of paragraph 1 of this article - a letter from the head of the organization that attracted investments about the investment made by this citizen in the appropriate amount;
i) on the basis provided for in subparagraph g) of paragraph 1 of this article - a certificate from the educational organization about the enrollment of a foreign citizen and the duration of his studies.
4. On behalf of minor foreign citizens, as well as foreign citizens recognized by the court as incompetent or limited in legal capacity, an application in the established form, as well as the documents specified in paragraph 3 of this article, are submitted by the parent (adoptive parent, guardian, trustee) of this citizen.
5. A temporary residence permit is issued by the executive body of state power, which is responsible for migration issues, within 7 (seven) working days from the date of submission of the application.
But show me one country where its easier to get a passport than Prednistrovie

You cannot travel anywhere with it or even use it for KYC. There is no advantages to having Prednistrovie citizenship just like no benefits in having disputed territories passports such as Nagorno Karabakh, Turkish Cyprus, etc...
In these ex-soviet countries everything is done through connections, so I wouldn't be suprised if you even would be able to get Moldovan citizenship for a small price.
I agree it has very limited use cases.
I can imagine if someone was wanted by INTERPOL which covers 194 jurisdictions, such areas like Transnistria would be potential places to lay low for a while, as despite being internationally recognised as part of Moldova, in practice Moldova doesn't control this area.

Goodness me, who in their right mind would want a Transnistrian citizeship? Moldova yes, it's a recognised country and it might join EU in the future. It's trying hard to cut all its ties and dependencies on Russia. Their new president and parliament is pro-European and fighting against corruption. I kinda like Maia Sandu, she is cool. But their biggest problem is exactly Transnistria. There's also a possibility that Moldova might unite with Romania.
I have to disagree with you on this. It's not as easy as one might think. I'm not saying it's not possible, but it won't be cheap. People tried. It opens you a door to a Romanian citizenship. It's probably easier to buy a citizenship in some Balkan country than it is in Moldova.

I'm not sure that passport will even help you in that case as you will be detained in every airport and on every border regardless. And the Trasinitria passport does not let you travel anywhere on it, so you will need to anyway use you original passport when boarding flights or crossing the border.
At one point they might merge with one of the neighbouring countries which could open doors to getting a citizenship against your transnistrian passport.
In summary, yes the passport is quite pointless, but the original question of the thread was were to get easiest passport for someone who basically has a hobby of collecting passports.
