how do you message someone directly?

As the subject, how on earth do you message someone directly on this forum, seems to be missing completely?

tjeez i used to have an upgrade, but thought it was also available when you had enought postings etc etc. The mentor group gold does not hold anything for me really, beyond the big fat gold badge - i am a member of the paid up group.....

Do you believe it's free to run this forum & keep it up to date ? There is a long way to that Mercedes you mention.
