Figure out why they are stuck and solve it from there. You can try to pressure them through social media, but that doesn't always work (especially if they are complete criminals, or if you are in the wrong).
If they are not responding or giving you instructions about how to resolve the matter, go to the relevant regulatory authority and file a complaint. You can try going to the police but unless it's a criminal matter with easy evidence to work with, police rarely gets involved in these matters. They will often refer you to the regulatory authority.
If there is no regulatory authority or if you are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion with them, your next step is litigation. Hire a lawyer.
If the company is dissolved, in administration, in liquidation, or other winding up process, you need to follow the relevant legal proceedings to make a claim as a creditor. Hire a lawyer.
