Google Adsense requires the company and bank account be in the same country. Can I open a company anywhere and use Transferwise, Payoneer or Bankera as a bank account? Would Google accept it as being in the same country?

Adsense typically works with physical bank accts...Adsense With an EMI attached might be a possibility..

If your company is in Netherlands and your IBAN starts with NL it should work...
But there are many other issues... Like most EMIs have IBANs from LT and I doubt you want to have a company there etc..
