Foreign owned LLC tax filing with no reportable transactions

Yes, but it doesn't mentioned 5472. Some accountants says it's not extended. But I'm not sure as 5472 doesn't seem to have its own deadline.

If there are no transactions then you shohldnt file. But I think it's not clear that those are not transactions on behalf of the business. If you created the llc in 2019 then I believe you should file anyway as that would be a reportable event.

I decided to file just to be on the safe side. If possible, do you know what kind of sheet/form i must attach regarding part V in form 5472?

From the way the form is worded, you'd be able to just attach a printed out Excel spreadsheet with the description of each expense and how much it was (perhaps also descriptions of where it was paid from - eg. personal credit card).

Hello, I am anticipating the presentation for next year, so as not to have surprises with costs that I will not be able to cover, since my business is new and I still have very few clients.
I have consulted an accountant and he told me that I have to submit forms 1120 and 5472 and it has cost me about 1500 dollars, browsing I find this site that I do not have references and I share it with you so that you can give me your opinion if they know it or by simply reading the link,

My configuration is an LLC in New Mexico I make my charges for Stripe and I transfer to Payonner I do not have a US bank account, the costs of creating the LLC I have used my wife's credit card, so the only thing I have to my name is the LLC Stripe account and the payonner account. I add this in case it is useful information.
