Fast offshore bank account opening, where and how to get started?

I need a fast way to open a offshore bank account! Need Internet banking and USD account, will deposit 8000 USD once account is open.

Open the account with the St.Vincent bank, they are pretty fast in account opening.

The bank in St. Vincent may indeed be the fastest to open an account with for money safing purpose. However, for day to day banking I would recommend to use another bank for instant in Cyprus.
