What is costs for online incorporation there government fees for company name reservation, incorporation, and other related expenses when registering directly with the respective country authorities?

You can probably find it much cheaper than the offer I got, which is around 13,000 USD, I just don’t feel like shopping around for these kinds of solutions, so I found a local consulting firm that gave me this offer.

I still haven’t completely decided if Panama will be my next destination.
