This exist nowdays still for sure, I know one swiss trustee that Issues such cards as "client service". They are 80% used by girlfriends of there customers.
Means it's not fully anonymous the trustee know you, but on the card self is no personal name. The only downside there is you must have the right asset volume to got a client of them.
