Good to know not to deal with such bank. We should have a blacklist of no-common-sense banks and warn others to not use their service. I wish there was an online resource which keeps up to date information for most banks and what are their current policies, since it changes all the time :/ . Luckily US banks at the moment are crypto friendly and there's an option to use US LLC (incorporated easily with Stripe for example) with any of US banks, to operate all that from abroad in a legal way, seems to be a good option, because foreign owners of US LLC do not pay US tax unless they have presence in US (office/operations/warehouse/employees/etc') but must check with a good US accountant and tax specialist first, that planned activities are really tax free or not. Such planning should not cost more than 300-500$ per consultation or a few. Stripe partner companies also do yearly taxes for 250$+ , pretty cool. Though I'm still learning all that myself.
