Switzerlands restrictions were not severe compared to the rest of Europe. It however does depend on what you find severe.Not an option for me as all of them have severly restricted personal freedoms during Covid.

Indeed it will. It will also be registered in the blockchain which, if truly decentralized, will be un corruptible.It is true that I do not fully understand the extent to which blockchain technology and NFTs could be exploited, but from the little I understand I would say that NFT's open the way to a new way of identifying ownership and priprietrary rights and maybe including personal identification methods.
