:( :( Really sorry to hear this. It does not correspond to my experience but I admit that I even do not remember when I wanted to call them; as I simply have not needed it for a long time...

Not good, naturally.

UPDATE: Just now I recall that a few months ago someone from Currenxie called the accountant of a company having an account with them (an administrative issue). I presume that our accountant called back afterwards, as it was not solved immediately... but I am not sure. I'll ask, if I remember ;)
interesting if they called you there must be some people there able to speak by phone. Let us know please.

I had an opportunity to talk to the accountant mentioned. This event happened in May. Some clerk from Currenxie – a very polite woman, as said – called the mobile number of a person who was serving as the administrator of a company account and wanted to solve certain administrative issue. The company is European and this call was done during the standard working hours in Europe, i.e. quite late for HK. There was no need for callback as they agreed that the accountant would perform some on-line action to solve the issue – and it has been done.
That's all that I can say :)
