They are pretty good with Dominica (this case I mentioned for a long verification, but it was issue with the information UBO submitted) companies, Hong Kong, Seychelles, Marshall Islands (only if you can proof them 15 out of 10 that it’s legit).

You can setup a website easely in Wordpress which looks professional and is free! If ePayments require a website for final approval you may sort that part out within minutes or find some of the millions around which do WordPress websites for a few $
