Any info if its good for a good place to open offshore corporate account?


Are they 'flexible' or favour the foreign companies?


Any suggestions on which banks?

It's difficult - though not impossible - to open a bank account in all of UAE without a local company. You usually either need to have significant capital or do significant trade in the Middle Eastern region.


You could try RAK Bank, Emirates NBD, ADBC, Standard Chartered, or CBIUAE. They are as far as I know the most international-facing banks in UAE.


Expect to have to visit the bank in person.
