Having UAE company and facing significant issues with EMIs and I was wondering why..
You would struggle with any jurisdiction not matching your EMI. Try opening a EU EMI for a Singapore company for instance, most of them are not working with any setup outside of EU/UK. Some do and then charge excruciating fees.

For UAE you have WIO, mbank and others - they open business accounts with less hustle.
And unlike high street banks you get USD/EUR/AED accounts and can send and receive payments straight away. For those who wonder - US to UAE usd payment takes a few hours, my UAE to EU payments in usd take 10 minutes to settle. There is no big issues with payments, but there is a lack of good banks and proper EMIs in UAE as of now.

Can't see it, it's mentor group gold.

Btw right now I have everything in Dubai ( Residency + Company ), and living in the Philippines (Tourist Visa), just go to dubai a couple of times a year to maintain everything.

The thing for me it's to keep paying 0 taxes.

Considering that I can get also a Bahrain residency easly (without company)
I am in the same boat it seems.Having residency in Dubai and staying on tourist visa in phillipines

The main issue with this non sense juristictions is the missing support from Banks / Payment Gateways.

Even Bahrain is not supported by stripe at the moment even tho bank are not bad.
Seychelles is basically not supported by anyone.

Hong Kong looks way more interesting at this point than Dubai to me.

Even without the offshore status approved it's still 8.5% (0.5% less than Dubai) and waay more cheaper to incorporate and manage, Dubai free zone licenses are starting at 4k$ a year, where HK can be as low as $600.
Can you elaborate on the 600$ Hongkong licenses any links etc are well appreciated.
