How do you come to the conclusion ?It appears that Fred is trying to use his contacts/former employees at IFZA to push his ex clients back to DLS instead of dealing directly with them which is completely ridiculous
by having a person from ifza telling me to go go to DLS because they are again their partner (and I was DLS client). that same person sent me emails from @dls-dubai.com email in previous interactions. so hard to make a different conclusionHow do you come to the conclusion ?
As you write, in Dubai, they do nothing, and what do you think the German police will say when you come to them explaining it’s for a service in Dubai where you’ve tried to set up a company or whatever you’ve paid for?You will get listed in the UAE border control system and next time you enter UAE, there will be a surprise. Will they try to get your money back? Nope. Will they track someone down when abroad? Nope. Will they share his personal information with you? Probably if you can prove that you got scammed (easy with DLS issueing invoices and prove of payment). Rest is on you, if you want to go to the german police next.
very good review of their service, with that said I would love to see that guy Fred around here again.Update: Everything finished through Fred and DLS, a little bit of hair pulling as Fred got sick and was out of commission for awhile. Everything did end up getting completed. I have been busy and haven't got a change to meet up with Fred in person yet. but it is on the todo list early this year.
To each their own. I am just sharing my experience's so everyone knows.
Was it easy, yes, was it a bit frustrating, yes. Did it get done, yes.

Great information.I also asked IFZA. Their answer is a good instruction but you have to do it all on your own:
Please be advised that in order to proceed with residence visa renewal, the Trade License must be valid for more than 90 days.
Your passport must be valid for more than 7 months. You must be inside UAE prior to expiry of your residence visa.
Medical test and Emirates ID registration must be completed. Once you have these documents, you may submit residence visa renewal application by following the steps below.
You can anticipate for the renewal visa to be issued within 3 working days from the day we receive all requirements along with the payment. If you would like to opt for VIP service (24h if applied before 11am – additional cost: 1,500aed), please let us know and we will provide you with a new quotation.
- Please complete the online renewal of visa application Visa Application Form - IFZA (Visa, Direct Customer) (zohopublic.com), using our step-by-step guide attached for your reference. If the applicant has already completed the medical Fitness test and Emirates ID Application, please upload the documents during the application process.
- Upon submission, you will immediately receive a quotation for the transaction at your registered email address. Please upload the proof of payment using the provided link so we can initiate the request.

It’s not required unless you make 50 million AED revenue or more a year.I reached out to DLS who are my original provider and they are telling me that an audit is NOT required. If anyone who has dealt with them please reply here as I’m getting different responses.
When did you called him the last time? did you tried several times just in case?However, I would be really cautious dealing with DLS again. They never answer when calling them on the phone. Also after reading some feedback here...perhaps it would be better to deal directly with IFZA instead.
