Crypto Income, Offshore Companies, and Legal Risks – What's the Best Strategy?

There is no such thing as "better in general", sorry.

To justify spending energy (time, money) you have to define first what you are not satisfied about your current situation, then you have to determine your goal or at least the direction you would like to move and only then can you evaluate different means of achieving that goal.

Correct. Estonia has been widely used because it is EU and it is relatively cheap to set up. EU is good in this case as it makes dealing with EU clients much easier. For B2B, it is good as it is EU and your clients have no issue with tax questions. For B2C, it is good as payments are all intra EEA and neither incur foreign transaction fees for your customer nor on your side. Also payment fees in the EU are regulated and most likely lower than for non-EU.

Georgia has some advantages as it has a tax treaty with the US which has no withholding taxes on dividends and royalties as well as no limitations on benefits. Also, the tax is 15% instead of the 20% in Estonia.

Apart from that, there are two groups of people here. Some think it is good to accumulate profits in some countries (that can always be taken away). Others prefer to get the money out of the company. I personally would not go the first route with either EU nor Georgia, I personally only witnessed people using this route that have been involved in the uttermost bs.
