Costa Rica Crypto Gambling Company

So Nitehawk let me explain you something since you don’t know NOTHIING about how does the license work, that type of license is given for call centers, since most books are basically a call center they get it as a way to operate and open an office in Costa Rica, is not a gambling license!!!! It seems you like to shout as loud as you can since you don’t know anything. And my point is to let everyone know how it works, at the end if you really want to find an attorney in Costa Rica, you need to travel and do your research, you can post all the links you want it will not be the same.... I guess you should learn and read more before posting anything...

Its a little bit more than yelling, its anger, I feel like ripping your balls off with my bare hands. No data processing license is needed for a call center in CR and they way you sneaky fucks state is purposely ambiguous to imply something other than just a call center e.g. "The cost to obtain the license is $9,000 compared to $120,000 to $80,000 in many other countries." Who pays $120k for a license to open a call center?

Do you even know what are you talking about????? Yeah you probably good on yelling and insults but you dont know what the hell you are talking about! There is law that regulates that kind of activity, the cost or fees you have to take it with a lawyer...but the fact does not change that is Data Processing and is regulated! Wow... you dont know the difference between your brain or your a*s... Amazing...Try to provide more intellect on the conversation...

If I dont know what I am talking about then prove:
1. That you need a data processing license to have a call center in CR, and that it costs 9k to setup and has a monthly running cost.
2. That there are offshore jurisdictions that charge $120,000 to $80,000 for the right to have a call center.

I am saying the above is baloney, if you can prove me otherwise please do.

I would like to see some proof to and also some link or something to someone that provides this data processing license!

Nitehawk;

1. Do you read spanish: Sistema Costarricense de Información Jurídica

That link will let you know more about what I´m talking about. In regars the regulation.

2. 9k cost, lets be clear, this is for Sportbooks and online casino. This cost probably is might charge, to be honest it could be lower, but since is related to Books most lawyers will take advantage on this... Again you need to do the research and ask for qoutes, is very important.

3. 2. "That there are offshore jurisdictions that charge $120,000 to $80,000 for the right to have a call center". A/ I need to clear this matter, I dont know if any offshore jurisdiction charges $120,000 or $80,000 for a call center licence, I really doubt that, my point is to the Regulation and License in Costa Rica, I think is a bit high to be honest.

4. I would like to see some proof to and also some link or something to someone that provides this data processing license! On this matter again there are so many links that offer this service, and to be honest, you really need to undergo your own research, I will say this try to hire the well known office in Costa Rica, perhaps this way you can have accurate info...

Thing is that I have spoken to several lawyers in CR (about 8 years ago). Each of them have something different to say about the Data Processing License. But what I have deduced is that there really such a document and (costs maybe $50) and that it is not required for anything.

Ok so that is my point, but I will give you this, since is regulated most of the sportbooks does not apply for that license since NO banks in Costa Rica will open an account for that type of business, you are right on that.

8 years ago, that's a long time ago. Did you consider that there may have been an update to all of this?

In Belize you can get a financial license for aprox $100K as far as I remember, maybe someone else can confirm or correct me if I'm wrong. At least it is a license that is accepted by most offshore banks and let you open an account. So far I have not seen a CR company with financial service activity to open a bank account anywhere without to fool the bank!
