BVI company what a mess to register!

okay @auric & @Admin please don't be some lazy chimps and don't update this thread if you get your BVI corps. I know you both work all day long to find the best setups for us people that want to play in the underground. If you have something please update this thread or PM me, I'm hooked!
If this works I'm also interested, please update the thread here!

I'm interesting in knowing is this is going to work or not. If so I hope some here will post an update on how it was going. Seems to good to be true after all I have read!

This is actually not the first time we hear about it! You can find endless threads about BVI company formation! It is a no go and should be avoided at all costs!

Once you have your company there it will last for 1 year and then get killed if you don't provide additional documents which are even more complicated to get than what they asked for while you was in the registration process.

The BVI has developed tougher regulation to businesses and investors that want to incorporate their business there. They only want large operations and rather avoid the small ones.

I can only say stay away from any company registration in the BVI.

Your idea with Dominica is fine, great alternatives would be Gibraltar, Costa Rica, Cook Islands and even Ireland is better!

Any suggestions you can recommend us who is the best agency to register an Ireland or Cook Islands offshore company with bank account?

I could have told you that to register a company in the BVI is a real pain now a days. It requires so much documentation and information that I rather go with a different jurisdiction then going through this again.

I ended up arguing a lot with my service provider but I got my company finally after 5 months! Never do it again!

Damn so I managed to get all the documents through to them and now they require a last document as they say" certified bank statement" + document that certify it to be a true copy ja334¤¤#

Not really for me, is the same old rules for me. I only need to provide proof of address and passport and I have my BVI company. How come you guys are having problem? As far as I know, I was told that there will be an increase in pricing this year.

Every jurisdiction need DD but the things required can be different. Seychelles has to make declaration about the director as well. Just that to get a referral letter to have a BVI company is too much.
So only Passport and utility bill, need notarizing? please confirm so I will send PM to you.

Yes, only need passport and proof of address. Notarisation is taken care by my service provider. So of you might say that Cook Islands company is good. Indeed, to certain extend. But pricing is higher but many banks may have problem getting account as they are not familiar with it.

I got my BVI company set up relatively quick and easy a year ago. Since then they've requested more information and brought in new registers and so forth though. It hasn't been too painful but still better options. I decided to change jurisdiction so no more BVI for me!

Yes BVI sucks and if you pick some of the number one providers in the Google Ranking and for instant such using ADWords you will see that they will assail you with DD and KYC documents because they are so big that they have to comply with all countries compliancy regulations.

This again means, you will sooner or later get reported by them. You need to find smaller agents as long as this is still possible.

The entire industry of offshore company formation has changed and it's going to be a nightmare in the future.
