For starlink to work, you need ground station that look like this , and/or antenna like devices that looks like this. And some governments can simply ban their import, just like they banned importing/using drones in their countries.

Ahh ok I see. That looks exactly like a typical marine VSAT system.

And let's be real, Satellite internet is complete s**t, and is very expensive, so it doesn't pose any threat whatsoever to telecom companies, because not a lot of people use satellite internet, and those who do, use it while cruising around the world, living in an island....etc.
However, Starlink is completely different beast, and it poses a real threat to telecom companies around the world, so you can see why some governments won't allow starlink to operate in their country because of made up reasons like how starlink is a "threat to the national security" or some other BS.

So yeah, it's gonna be interesting to see how Starlink and elon musk will deal with these issues :)
Works similar to cells in cellphones, if you go out of your "designated" area then you will not get internet.
If governments mandate Starlink not to provide internet in their territory then they just dont send internet in that area even if Starlink can.

Can I travel with Starlink, or move it to a different address?
Starlink satellites are scheduled to send internet down to all users within a designated area on the ground. This designated area is referred to as a cell.

Your Starlink is assigned to a single cell. If you move your Starlink outside of its assigned cell, a satellite will not be scheduled to serve your Starlink and you will not receive internet. This is constrained by geometry and is not arbitrary geofencing.

The proposal would be effective for tax years beginning after December 31, 2022.
They are very generous to be honest they give you like 1 year to move away...
Same time are places like Poland that will change a lot of rules on the fly (600+ pages of new laws) those changes will go in force at tart of 1 Jan 2022.
Best of all:
- if you have less than 1% of your income from profits they will impose 4%-10% of turnover taxes. Tax department will each you how to make business.
-all companies all over the word that have in management polish taxpayer is subject to polish tax law by default - no joke here XD
- health care contributions will be counted every month to a penny from last month income (someone miss pay invoice and good luck solving issues or want refund)

Can I travel with Starlink, or move it to a different address?
Unluckily to be able use internet service in most countries you have to have fixed address because of service providing law. That I have heard because people were complaining. Musk internet is reasonable priced like 500$ for rental equipment and like 50$ monthly fee.
Here more problematic is law inside country that you want install it because they need permission so you wont travel with your transmitter over the world.
