The 3 examples I mentioned above have certain costs. True privacy has certain costs. Of course, owning an offshore or several in a linked structure is costly, but ensures the right amount of privacy. Yet, TMF has reasonable fees to perform their duties. You can ask a third party to inquire them by email/phone, if you can't do it in person.

edit: to put in perspective, my last bill was around $4k, for what I needed. It depends, on what services you need obviously.
