Most non CRS banks are going to reject you right away if you tell them you want to cash out crypto using account in their institution. So the only way I see is to mix it with your wealth from more clear sources

There is no suggestion I can give. Get proper tax optimization consultant in your country of residence and change your residency before you cash out your crypto. Build legitimate and 100% transparent setup first and pay tax in low tax jurisdiction
