The Czechs are highly regarded for vision-related work, but I can't vouch for them personally. But I imagine most European countries have clinics ranging from great to rubbish, so I would probably go with a personal recommendation. Or at least one with many verifiable reviews.

Interesting, I heard that somewhere too. Somebody once sent me a link to gemini.cz, apparently they even accept Bitcoin
