Most exchanges are located outside of Russia and operate through partners . They use ООО as their legal entity, which is the Russian equivalent of an LLC . Some exchanges are also using just individual accounts.
That’s the point, you need to make sure you are receiving from a legitimate subject.

I don’t doubt the legitimacy of the service, my problem is receiving fiat from an unknown entity.
Yeah you can probably get more info when contacting the exchange via telegram/live chat . I would recommend using it for smaller sums e.g exchanging money to a sberbank for monthly rent/groceries etc .. . For larger sums I would just use exchange to cash .

??? Beware.
“Licensed payment service provider authorized by The Autonomous Island of Anjouan”. As far as I remember, there was some discussion about this subject here in the past (yet I do not recall the content). Search for this and definitely perform a thorough due diligence.

Do you have any experience with them, @diatessaron?
I've used Perfect Money a long time ago, more than a decade so I can't vouch for them now but the list has reputable exchanges. A lot of them can be found on Best Change too. No need to use PM at all when dealing with these exchanges, of course due diligence is needed just like with everything else.

Bybit has been horrible for me to use when I tried them, slow transfers and buggy UI.

P2P from Dubai to Russia, cash AED -->cash RUB. it will take the time to count the money and that's it. many players in Dubai are doing that with counterpart in Moscow city. you just need someone you trust to receive the money in Moscow for you. then he can put it in his account and do the transfer for you within Russia

Hello community,

I need some advice on how to transfer money from Bulgaria to a hospital in Russia. The initial amount is only 1,500 RUB, but I'll soon need to transfer a larger amount (around 500,000–700,000 RUB) for medical treatments.

Traditional bank transfers from Bulgaria are not allowed due to restrictions, so I'm looking for alternative methods. I'm willing to pay with crypto if there's a way to transfer it into the hospital's bank account in Russia. Has anyone managed to make a similar transfer recently? Are there any services or platforms that could help facilitate this type of payment, either by converting from crypto or directly handling the transfer?

Any advice or experience with reliable methods would be appreciated! Thank you in advance!
Hello,
As one guy told me, for 1,500 RUB there is very easy way. I did not try by myself, but it looks reasonable.
1) Go to https://yoomoney.ru/ and sign up there. It's regulated payment solution, affiliated with the biggest Russian IT company - Yandex. Without verification you can make payment up to 15,000 RUB.
2) Go to BestChange and choose there counter part who willing to change your crypto into YooMoney RUB https://www.bestchange.com/tether-trc20-to-yoomoney.html And make exchange. Do not receive more 14,500 RUB into your YooMoney account.
3) Pay your 1,500 RUB bill from YooMoney.

For bigger amount you could try to verify your account in YooMoney.

I wish you all the best health.
