Hello community,

I need some advice on how to transfer money from Bulgaria to a hospital in Russia. The initial amount is only 1,500 RUB, but I'll soon need to transfer a larger amount (around 500,000–700,000 RUB) for medical treatments.

Traditional bank transfers from Bulgaria are not allowed due to restrictions, so I'm looking for alternative methods. I'm willing to pay with crypto if there's a way to transfer it into the hospital's bank account in Russia. Has anyone managed to make a similar transfer recently? Are there any services or platforms that could help facilitate this type of payment, either by converting from crypto or directly handling the transfer?

Any advice or experience with reliable methods would be appreciated! Thank you in advance!

If you are in russia just walk into a sberbank branch and they will open you an account . Than use your crypto and exchange via an OTC (e.g avanchange.com) to Sberbank (You will need to enter your sberbank card number and your phone number linked to your account) . And then you can use your sberbank account to make the transfer.

i am not located in Russia, I am located in Bulgaria.
Ah I thought you were visiting Russia because of your treatment . There are some options :
https://tasty-changer.com/ (contact them via telegram and send them your numbers )
https://transit-bit.com/exchange-USDTTRC20-to-STLMRUB/ (enter the numbers from your invoice )
You can find more options here : https://www.bestchange.ru/tether-trc20-to-settlement-rub.html

For example on intercontinal.trade :

Great thank you I am going to try them right now, as the first provided cannot do less then 100k RUB and I initially need to send just 1500 RUB.
This type of transfer is only available on weekdays . You have to contact them via support for lower transfers . It's just better if you contact the hospital and ask to pay all in full , you will save on fees .
