Crypto license you can make it but bank account opening with crypto activities are very very tough and you need VARA approval also that is expensive. i don't recommend to open with crypto activities , open simple software trading or selling and marketing activities and get UAE residence visa bd bank accounts and payment gateway, there are many many ways to cash out your crypto in UAE. Even for stocks trading or brokerage you need external approval from security exchange that is also expensive and taking time and Strick regulations, so better don't take that kind of activities, in UAE business activities in trade license is very important in bank point of view. yes we are accepting USDT payments.

as a company we will accept payment from crypto outside the UAE, we will share our wallet details, then to government we will pay traditional way they mostly accepting bank transfer or card payment. Yes for bank deposit you need to do bank trasnfers.

1: for company formation you don't need to be here so all process online and you will get verification link via email to start the process, company formation takes 7 to 10 days, establishment card takes 2 days and we will apply your E-visa permit to enter into UAE to complete your medical and biometrics. so in UAE you need to be here at least 5 to 7 working days, business account will take some time to open approx. 2 weeks, you just need to do signatures and you can go back and meanwhile your account will be open.

2: depends on bank to bank, normally 50k aed minimum or if you want to go with digital bank like WIO there is no requirement for deposit only 99 AED per month there charges.

I have talked to agencies , theyr'e suggesting cheaper corporate service quotes, but they seem to dodge the bank question where as a business useless when there is no bank account. Also, they r'e suggesting RAK and other banks that close accounts in a month so it is a bit doubtful.

yes i don understand, so my quote is for Dubai free zone setup not for RAK or Sharjah, many service provider offering services in cheaper price but that is not in Dubai, other cities and you will get residency of Sharjah or RAK not for Dubai, for bank account i am giving 100% guarantee to open if you choose business activities what i can recommend. bank account service is refundable if in case not successful but there is no chance because i am banking specialist having 10 years experience in UAE banks.

the total cost is likely to be 25K USD with a reasoinable guarantee for bank account opening and a visa processing with a corporation registration, and 2 weeks stay in UAE which is required for the process to complete .

Crypto trading activity is high risk activities in a bank so I don't suggest to take that. Simple take some marketing services and software development activities. RAK Bank yes there reputation is not good for business banking, we can open in Dubai Islamic bank or Emirates nbd bank.

Just to clarify a few things on this topic since there’s been some back and forth:

Yes, 14,900 AED can be correct for a basic license, but that’s only for one visa allocation and doesn’t include the establishment card (around 2,000 AED in the first year), or the second visa allocation (if needed), which brings the price closer to 16,900 AED + 2000 AED

Visa-related expenses (medical, Emirates ID, typing, etc.) are usually billed separately. Some charge around 8,500 AED, of which 2,000 AED is agent profit. Banking is where most people get stuck. Emirates NBD is technically possible, but realistically not a good option for most clients due to very strict KYC. RAKBANK is more flexible, but also more time-consuming. Some consultants charge around 14,900 AED for successful openings, especially when a money-back guarantee is involved. Then there’s tax registration, VAT, audits, etc., which usually aren’t included in the license price. A lot of people miss this and get hit with extra steps later on.

Most important: It’s not always about price. There are cheaper options, especially outside Dubai, but you often don’t get much advice or help when things go wrong, and unfortunately I’ve seen people stuck midway, even from this forum.
