Who said that Armenia has that high level of corruption? And even with the most corrupt countries, it normally ends at leat when citizenship comes into play.

There is no way how to bypass exam. Filled test, filled form, and CV are part of administrative file for a final decision.

Its possible but in a legal way. If you actually have direct authentic connection with president they can make exceptions, obviously without middlemen. Or if you make exceptional contributions to Armenian society, for example building large enterprise there or educate lots of people to get better jobs

Its hard to imagine anyone getting connection to president just right off the bat. Need to work your way up there. Not like he is waiting for people to reach out so they can get passport
