They closed my account this month, now it is just blocked and I cannot even see my balance. Customer support nonexistent.
I asked six times why they closed it, six times they rejected to tell me because "their regulation forbids them from disclosing reason", the seventh time the replying person - possibly by accident - basically wrote in German that my account was closed because I had too many incoming personal transactions (from an investment platform) that looked like business transactions; they admitted they know these are personal transactions but that the decision has already been made, my account is closed and cannot be reopened.
Trust me, I know it sucks. Fidor was such a great bank to have. Kraken withdrawals would appear in minutes on my account. Now I'm using Swissquote. So far so good.
