Dear all,

I need to get a company in Europe and I need that my name is hidden in both director and shareholder.
So I need an anonymous company or I need a nominee.
I don't need to run a black business or run a weird business, I just need to hide my name with competitor and other players in my business.
The business is completely legit and white (offering marketing services in B2B).
I need a bank account as well with EUR IBAN.

Where can I get this?
I know that Cyprus offers the nominee, but Cyprus is not fine.

I tried with SA company in Switzerland but fiduciaries don't reply to my emails, I don't understand the reason. It seems that they don't want to work with foreigners.

I don't want a country where there are troubles or too many paperworks. And I want to leave a small profit to pay low taxes.

Could you help me? Some ideas or tips please?

You’re right that Cyprus is no longer ideal for this kind of setup, especially if you're after true discretion and not just a paper nominee. Switzerland might seem good on the surface, but as others have mentioned, finding someone who’ll offer nominee services and still help with banking is almost impossible nowadays. Most serious banks will require a full UBO disclosure and supporting docs anyway.

If you're still looking within Europe, Spain might be an overlooked option. There are very niche structures where you can appoint nominees, both for director and shareholder and still maintain full control behind the scenes. Properly set up, it’s possible to include a functioning EUR IBAN bank account and operate entirely above board. But it needs to be done right and with the right local setup to avoid flags.

Here in Spain its kinda common... Lot of people have nominee UBOs specially people that have problems with the tax Office have such setups

Yes, you are way right about that, here in Spain IS really really really common and if you are not doing anything shady, you wont have any problems with such type of setups
