Anonymous Offshore company with VAT registration and offshore bank account?

Well nothing in the end is exactly free. You have the added expense of the company itself (something like 1,500?) and having to pay 10% taxes in Cyprus as opposed to paying maybe 1,500 a yr for a VAT rep who in the end actually does something for you - file your vat up to a volume of 1,500,000.00 per year.

Also depends on whether or not you are doing distance selling to the end consumer or are selling to VAT registered companies (who can pay the local vat).

If you are not selling much to private non-vat registered consumers- probably what you are doing is the ideal solution - Cyprus (owned by offshore)

So once you have a VAT number in Cyprus, you can sell to private consumers all over Europe- up to a certain amount (different for each country) and tax at the Cyprus rate. However beyond those thresholds you are obliged to register directly for a vat number (no rep) in each country you are selling in. Then of course, if you are not familiar with the vat laws in each country or if they do not provide forms in your language- you will need a rep or accountant anyway in each one. HM.. At that point the Cyprus company would just be an added expense and would be better to invoice directly form offshore.

There is no one solution fits all, so, one will need to look into what he personally try to achieve and what fits best for his needs
