Anonymous director / new company formation advise

US LLC might fit the bill. Cheap and easy to avoid public disclosure if you incorporate in privacy-minded states like Delaware, Wyoming, and New Mexico. Comes with drawbacks around banking and payment processing, so it depends on what your company does and what your needs are.
Are they still anonymous now ? wonder why some in other thread say they are not ?

I’ve had a chat with the user Dany about this, and to make our comments a bit more useful, we’ve agreed that I’ll share a quick overview of how you can find someone to handle your interests in a US LLC. It’s important to emphasize that this is not risk-free.

One way to approach this is by advertising for someone locally in the state where the company will be based. You pay them an upfront fee of $1,000 to $2,000 and then agree on a retainer for managing the company’s interests and related responsibilities.

Take the above as a quick tip. If you want to discuss it further, feel free to create a new thread in Mentor Group Gold and tag me, I’ll be happy to elaborate.
appreciate your discretion

hardly it is possible to replicate that today unless you work out something with an experienced consultant.
You can still do it today, only banking will be almost impossible unless you follow some of the unwritten inside mentor group gold. I have personally good eperience with suvh stuff that took me years to learn.

I don’t really know. I’ve got some kind of EMI working with my setup, but it’s pretty limited, it only works in certain situations, unfortunately.
