Hi,
I'm looking for a legal way to set up a company for running an adult cam site, similar to platforms like Chaturbate or LiveJasmin. Everything will be compliant with the laws of the countries involved — nothing illegal — but I’d like to stay completely anonymous as the owner or operator, just in case there are any complaints or legal complications in the future. Is there a legitimate way to structure this while maintaining full privacy?

Well any services which offer some sort of nominee service including the opening of a cyprus company would do the trick i think.

The best solution in this case is to use nominees. Also, considering your business, I would also give a look at jurisdictions such as Hungary or Czech Republic.

Yes, you could use nominees, but if I understood correctly from information in other threads that could / would getting and keeping bank accounts harder.

Not true if you use exclusive nominees / nominees that aren't on so many companies.
