Accounting: Consulting fees from Seychelles to Labuan

So there is no way of avoiding the VAT and TAX here locally. Even though the money is sent monthly from Overseas?

if you slavishly go for what is in the book then there is not

Also you need local employees in labuan now to get 3%. Else you get 24% normal Malaysian tax.
