It's certainly legal. It's how all the big companies like Apple etc reduce their taxes. But you would want to consult a professional to make it legit. You have to consider transfer pricing laws etc.
curious, do you think it is possible for a small company to get approved for a Transfer Pricing model of your business by the tax office? or do you need to be a big Company (smaller than Google) to do so?

I see no reason a company of any size couldn't do so (but as always, consult a professional). Laws generally don't specify company size etc so the same laws that apply to Google would apply to a small family business. It's more a question of viability. Do the additional savings of doing so outweigh the additional costs.
